Manchester police has said, according to local media, that one of the men was arrested following a property search in the Withington area of Manchester, while another was detained elsewhere in the city.

Greater Manchester Police reportedly received a tip-off which resulted in one of the counter-terrorism raids which was launched yesterday.

Eight arrests have now been made in connection to the plot, but police have admitted that with each arrest and new location discovered, the web of involvement widens.

The British government has expressed its anger at the release in USA media of details from the investigation into Monday's concert attack, including photographs of parts of the bomb.

Meanwhile, Theresa May will confront Donald Trump over the stream of leaks of crucial intelligence about the attack when she meets the U.S. president at a North Atlantic Treaty Organisation summit in Brussels on Thursday.

The bomb used in the Manchester attack Monday packed a powerful charge together with a shrapnel of nuts and screws meticulously arranged for maximum damage, according to photographs published by the New York Times.

All them doctors know that. " We need the best possible player that's gonna help us win, and I'm with that ", Thomas said. The world knows what I bring to the table and I can't do anything to control anything else. "We'll go from there".

On Wednesday, the bomber's 51-year-old father Ramadan and his younger brother Hashem, 20, were arrested in Tripoli, the capital of Libya.

Salman Abedi wanted "revenge" for deaths of civilians in the Middle East, his sister said.

Still, Abedi was no longer "under the microscope" of British security authorities, who years ago regarded him as a person of interest, a British government official said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak about the investigation into the attack.

A spokesman for the Deterrence Force, which acts as Libya's Government of National Accord's police, said the brother was aware of Abedi's plan and the siblings were both members of the Islamic State jihadist group.

The pictures published by the New York Times included remains of the bomb and of the rucksack carried by the suicide bomber, and showed blood stains amid the wreckage.

Still, in Manchester, some feel she didn't do enough to support the city, traditionally a Labour stronghold, after the bombing. At least seven people have have been arrested during the investigation into the bombing.

They said Abedi was identified as the attacker within two hours of the bombing and detailed how the investigation had progressed. "I think it's pretty disgusting", said Scott Lightfoot, a Manchester resident, speaking outside a train station in the city.

The reports date back five years, when two youth workers are said to have phoned an anti-terrorism hotline to report concerns over Adebi's "extreme views" whilst he was completing his last year at school, the BBC has reported.

"We aren't the ones who blow up ourselves among innocents", he said.

Sky's Martin Brunt said one resident of the building reported "a strong smell of explosives" coming from behind the door.

"We'll do whatever we can to honour that", he said.

The latest victim to be named is Eilidh MacLeod, a 14-year-old from Barra in the Outer Hebrides, also died.

He said the victims were "receiving round-the-clock treatment from doctors and nurses".
